Under the direct responsibility of the Head of HR Business Partners, The HRBP is in charge of Regional and HQ populations, located in several countries.
The team is composed of 6 HRBPs and one Talent Acquisition Partner, all highly professional and working in a very good atmosphere.

The role:

  • In charge of Regional and HQ populations, located in several countries:
  • Be the main contact for dedicated population (approx. 200 employees).
  • Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and systems.
  • Challenges managers on decisions with regards to organisational set-up, recruiting, succession planning, development, compensation, diversity, engagement.
  • Create bonds between Corporate and France Regions.
  • Beyond HR: Credible contributor to management meetings.
Key Responsibilities :

  • Pro-actively suggest HR solutions to business issues in accordance with Group HR & Business Strategies.
  • Gain deep understanding of talents, ensuring they are correctly deployed.
  • Be an Expert recruiter, gate keeper on who joins the company.
  • Raise and address management shortcomings.
  • Raise and address performance issues.
  • Assess HR impacts on the business strategy, identify opportunities to further meet business needs, and propose solutions .
  • Operational HR: With the support of our HR centers of expertise, manage performance and salary reviews cycles, career development conferences, engagement survey follow up (proper documentation).
  • Take part of regional or global HR projects.
Future Challenges:

  • Implement Group HR strategies while meeting regional/local needs.
  • Change management / motivate/retain people in a fast moving business (growth,restructuring, cost reduction).
  • Harmonize processes between France and Corporate regions Raise and address performance.
